These Terms apply subject to mandatory consumer protection rights available to customers in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this Website and placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

We currently provide free standard shipping for eligible orders unless otherwise clearly stated before checkout.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations.

Where Cash on Delivery is selected, payment is generally collected when the order is delivered by the courier or delivery provider.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Other information reasonably necessary to complete delivery

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.

We may contact you to verify a Cash on Delivery order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or confirm delivery information.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

Before placing an order, you will have an opportunity to review relevant order information, including the products, quantities, price, payment method, and delivery information.

Submission of an order creates an obligation to pay where the order is accepted.

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic acknowledgment confirming that we received your order.

An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, for example by confirming the order or dispatching the products, depending on the checkout and fulfillment process used.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

7. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

Cash on Delivery is available only where shown as an available payment method during checkout.

Customers choosing COD should ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate

  • A valid telephone number is provided

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery where required

  • Payment can be made using a method accepted by the courier

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible before delivery.

Refusing a parcel at delivery does not necessarily replace the requirement to communicate a statutory withdrawal where such notice is required. If you intend to withdraw from your purchase, please notify us in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Any delivery estimate shown on the Website is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you.

Where applicable consumer law requires delivery within a particular period, we will comply with those requirements.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods supplied to consumers covered by applicable EU consumer law should generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than the applicable statutory deadline.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For Cash on Delivery purchases, where refunding through the original payment method is not technically possible, we may request information necessary to process the refund by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and where they were properly informed of this obligation.

Different rules may apply where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

11. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

Placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve the product.

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If we are unable to supply a product you ordered, we will inform you and, where payment has already been made, refund the applicable amount in accordance with applicable law.
